[TOMT] Term used in Big Bang Theory, where you blow a thing out of proportion to prove a point.[TV]

I dont remember where in The Big Bang Theory that Sheldon says it, but it is definently a greek or latin term.

I would appreciate if anyone told me the name. I often use that technique when I argue, and I would like to know the name of it.
