Do the people at MEPS have a copy of my medical records already?

I cant seem to get a good answer for this one. Thanks in advance for you help! Edit: Might as well specify why I'm asking. As a young kid I was diagnosed with ADHD and they gave me all sorts of medicines. I decided that I hated taking them so I simply threw them down the toilet and haven't taken them in over five years. Now I know this is something I will need to include on my MEPS evaluation. So am I responsible to bring in my records that say what I was given and at what dose? Or will they be able to find out?
