Any one else face this nonsense? (Slight spoilers)

In all my imports I both saved Maelon's data and did not kill Wrex. Despite this, Eve still dies on Tuchanka for me! What the hell, Bioware? I could accept my decisions not influencing the end but not influencing that either when IT'S SUPPOSED TO. Apparently this hasn't happened to everyone either.
