Macbook Lion is switching my desktops in my F3/ Exposé windows constantly. What am I doing to cause this?

I know it's not called Expose anymore but I don't know what it's called anymore - the different desktops in my F3 window keep rearranging. Desktop 4 in front of 3, etc. It's extremely annoying!
