[REQ] Help me keep my job, please !

All right, so I will try to keep this short:

I was laid off two months ago, and have since been through all of my funds in order to find a new job, pay bills/student loans, etc. . .

I was offered a job 23 March-- a job that is a great fit ! Better pay than my old job, better hours, and it is much closer. As I rely on public transit, it is also only one bus away as opposed to two.

That being said, I have negative money-- my bank account is in the red after overdrafting to keep my phone on. It was a necessary evil, especially as I got a job. I start next monday (when I sign the paperwork). However, when it becomes April, my bus pass will expire, and I will not be able to get to work.

I need a short term loan of eighty dollars. Where I live (Jacksonville, Florida), monthly bus passes cost $50. The other thirty would go toward food (rice, PB&J) and any other incidentals so I can survive through the first three weeks or so.

At the end of April, when I have had two paychecks, I will repay with 25% interest (so $100).

However, I have a minor issue: I am unable to use paypal due to my account being so highly overdrawn. So, I would either need this in a money order or, more preferably, sent via gift card or cash through the mail. This, of course, can be somewhat risky (and I understand that), however I would be supplying my name and my home address, and if desired my phone number. I will do repayment via PayPal or any other method, and if there are any fees associated with the loan (money transfer fees, postage, etc. . .), I will repay them as well.

This is the first time I have ever done anything like this, and I really feel somewhat embarrassed about it. If anyone is able to help me, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you very much, /r/loans for reading through my nervous rambling. Have a good weekend.
