How would you guys feel about a subreddit dedicated to finding rooms for rent in Denton?

I've noticed a lot of people on r/Denton and /r/UNT either need a room to rent or have a room available. I was thinking that it would be of great help to these people to be able to post somewhere for it. (I know I have a room available soon as well)

Those looking for a room could start off their post title with [SEEKING] and those with a room available could use [AVAILABLE].

What are your thoughts?
