Best capture software (for PC)?

I'd like to start capturing some game play videos and was wondering what software people are using?

I have experimented with FRAPS before but it kind nuked my framerates (my PC is a bit long in the tooth, but plays Tribes on 'High' pretty well!)

Any ideas folks?

Cheers!
