[Java] Help taking input from user

So I need to take input from the user in the following format

I'm stuck as to how to read the numbers/string after "ProgramName".

Currently I have something similar to: http://i.imgur.com/kEUE2.png

Which compiles fine but gives errors when running on the command line. (compiles fine and runs fine on eclipse, when inputting values through the run > run config > args menu)

Any pointers (syntax or otherwise) would be great. (Yes this is an assignment, no I don't want you to do it for me)

edit2: fixed... deleted the package line that eclipse auto included, it runs on the command line fine now many thanks!
