Need a little help getting back in the game (21yoM)

Ok, Sexxit, here's the situation. I got out of a long-term relationship back around the middle of last year and have had a few short-term relationships and a handful of one night stands since then. About October or November of last year, I was experiencing some very strong PTSD type symptoms due to the dangerous nature of the job I was working at the time and family stresses. I was put on some anti-depressants and whatever other meds they give you to combat PTSD. A combination of the meds, continuing stress and I'm sure other factors as well, really messed with my sex life. Some days I could barely get it up, as well as PE and sometimes could go for an hour straight without being able to finish (due to death grip?). All this combined caused me to go for the last 4-5 months without attempting sex.

Now, I have resolved some of the family issues, moved a few states away which helps the rest and have a good stable job. I am off all medications and life is generally better. However, I'm really nervous about the first time I try to have sex again as I have no idea how it will go. I'm starting "cold" so to speak in a new state and am just worried I'm gonna last 3 seconds. I'd like to have some confidence that I can perform before trying to bring a girl home again. Tips/advice? throwaway, obviously. 21yoM.
