Anyone else sick of cable news networks waiting until the second polls close then immediately calling it for a candidate with 0% reporting?

I understand they don't want to discourage voting, but it just feels so disingenuous to wait until 7:00:01 to analyze results like it's breaking news that Santorum won a southern state.
