I'm in a great amount of trouble

Yesterday things went bad. Here's a tl;dr of the situation: I owe 150$ to a friend because somebody stoled green from him that I was shipping.

I have looked for jobs intensively since I'm 16 years old (now I'm 17) but I couldn't find one. Everyday I look on Kijiji and Craigslist and Monster but it's always a dead end.

I'm not in trouble because I owe my friend some money. But I really feel bad for him because he is already poor and he lost money because of me. I would really like to give him 300$ to excuse myself but I can't find a damn job.

I always had a frugal mind but I can't think of a way to repair my problem. I know I probably shouldn't post it here but from the point I am, I'm not giving a fuck. I don't have a cent, please give me your best tips.
