24 hour dexedrine-fueled cram session.. how badly have I screwed myself?

I essentially took 10mg at 5pm yesterday, and approximately another 5mg every 3 hours until the last dose at 6pm today. I guess that's 50mg total over the course of the 24 hours.

My main concern is what type of comedown I'll have, and what type of vacation I should take from dexedrine after an episode like this.

EDIT: Thanks everybody. I knew I wasn't in real danger, but I also knew that I should take some precautions after this sort of thing. I appreciate all of your responses!
