Ideas for radio ad for my mom's flower shop

Hi Reddit! My mom's flower shop is going to be celebrating its 5th anniversary next month and will be throwing a celebration with clowns, bbq and free flowers for the ladies. We're going to buy some radio time for a 30 or 60 second ad, the only problem is that we have no idea how to make the commercial creative and interesting. Any ideas?
