[TOMT] Can someone please help me find this shirt?

This has been my favorite shirt for over 10 years, but it's almost unwearable now. I bought it at Madame Toussaud's in NYC or Washington DC in 2001. The tag is no help, it's just a heavy duty cotton shirt.

Does anyone know where I can find this exact shirt?
