Do "nutrition facts" labels account for fiber when in total kcals?

We all know that net carbs = carbs-fiber.

So, when calculating kcals for a food item, does value given in the nutrition facts account for fiber?

I mean, do they use this formula? KCAL=(gFat * 9)+(gProtein * 4)+((gCarbs-gFiber)*4)

I ask because I tend to consume quite a bit of fiber and am curious if MyFitnessPal accounts for this. Should I even worry about it?
