Redditors, if you or your SO is on the pill, do you still use a condom?

So my gf has been on the pill for about 7 months now and things are great not worrying about accidentally leaving a bun in the oven, but she still wants to use a condom to be safe. I know each BC is only 99.9% effective so only using one increases your chance of getting pregnant by what... 1000x? But we both got tested and all that, so I'm lobbying for a condom embargo.

So I'm curious about you, fellow redditors, if you or your SO are using contraception do you still use a condom? Most pornos show men not using condoms and I'm curious to see if that's a prevalent practice, and if you aren't using a condom do you have any tips to get my gf on board?
