I miss Volt Tackle

In BW20 when Pikachu learned Electro Ball i thought it was pretty cool that he had a new move to play with but afterwards I started to notice that Ash hadn't been commanding Pikachu to use Volt Tackle anymore. My worst fears were confirmed after watching BW65 where Ash confirmed Pikachu didn't have Volt Tackle anymore. Honestly Id rather have Volt Tackle back but I guess its not meant to be.
