Rifle is not fine!

My dads Winchester model 94 1866-1966 centennial rifle was water damaged, it was still in the box never fired in a closet designated for guns in my parents room when the shower flooded(thanks to my little brother) and leaked through the walls into my room and the gun closet. by the time we noticed it was too late, my dad opened the soggy box to find the stock miss-colored and he threw the gun to the side and stormed outside to chain smoke. now the rifle is in my care and I want to see if there is any way to fix it or replace the parts.
