[Troubleshooting] Green flashes after render and also entering Full screen on youtube

Hi buildapc community, I come to you for some help diagnosing a problem I have after rendering and video. I get these these green flashes that show up throughout the video after the render is done. I do this through sony vegas 11, but the thing is in my render settings if i use gpu only it will show the flashes but with cpu only it is very choppy.

I am running a xfx Radeon 6850 with a Q6600 cpu, I have 6gb of ram and is running 64bit windows 7.
