Mass effect layer of the shadow broker installer broken

Hi, I just re-imaged my computer. I purchased all the DLC and went to download it from the bioware site. All the DLC I purchased has worked just fine except for the layer of the shadow broker which fails the integrity checks. I have tried all of the suggestions on the NSIS site they provide a link to (http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Why_do_I_get_NSIS_Error). EA support has been worse than useless. Does anyone here have any ideas?
