Ever have one of those off days?

Today, I went to a concert FILLED with beautiful woman everywhere. I only approached 2 sets and both went badly. Then I went to a bar, and I approached a HB8 outside the bar, talked for 10 minutes, asked her out, she said she had a BF. Then went to a club and couldn't muster up the courage to talk to anyone or dance with anyone.

I usually have some AA and not 100% confidence but I can overcome it by sucking it up and approaching, but today I couldn't even approach. I felt like going home and sleeping, or just not doing anything. I was hungover the whole day though so I'm hoping that's it. Anyone else get these days? What do you do on these days to get into state or just not be a wuss?
