Affordable stock photography subscriptions for low-res?

Is there any stock photography site that has affordable (say 30$/month or so) for pictures that are low-res? I find all stock agencies charge too much for me, but they're offering a product I don't need: high-res photos downloads.

Any place that would offer pictures that don't need to be high-res? Even 500px wide would be fine.

Thanks.
