Am I suffering from stress? Please help me.

Hey Guys, This rant may sound like a shit tonne of First World Problems compiled into one. I fully acknowledge how fortunate I am to live the life I do. I do however, feel the duties of which I perform are taking a negative toll on my mind and body. I am 17 and I attend highschool. I moved to Canada from England in 2009, and have just finally began to settle in after saying goodbye to my friends and family. I am in grade 11. I work hard at school and have an afternoon co-op placement at a radio station. I have a radio show to prepare for everyday and one extra show to prepare for on tuesdays. I work at a coffee chain, and usually work Fridays and weekends. On Fridays I work after school until 8pm and on weekends I usually work two 8-9 hour shifts. (It is my first part time job, and I HATE it. I dare not quit though, as I am saving for college and will struggle to find another job). Recently I have noticed a change in myself, both mentally and physically. Over the last few weeks, school and work have really picked up and I find myself only having 2 evenings a week in which I am not at work or school. During this home time my parents expect me to make lunches for school and work, wash up, do yard work, tidy the house (usual chores). Anyhow, over the last few weeks, I have noticed myself becoming over whelmed. The thought of going to work or school makes me nauseous, to a point I consider severely injuring myself, just to gain time off. My appetite has become small, and my stomach is constantly churning, as though the stomach acid is eating through my stomach. I have frequent headaches, and feel light headed and dizzy in times of franticness at work and at school. When I get home after a day of school or work, my first reaction is to go to bed, without eating, or even relaxing with a book or playing video games. I feel trapped, as though I everyone expects the best of me. It's exhausting. I've also developed anger problems. I often smash things when the pressure becomes to much, or I think of work or school. I've tried speaking to my parents and they say I'm just "going through puberty". I am scared of myself and my life, and I have began having suicidal thoughts (though deep down I know I'd never follow through with them). Aside from all of this, my only real friend here in Canada has gotten himself a girlfriend, so often ditches and ignores me, making me feel isolated and lonely. I honestly feel like a lost child, so fucking alone. Over the last few days I have began to have diarrhea as well. I am scared for my health and wish to know if I am suffering from stress or any other kind of illness. Is there anything I can do? I just want help.. I'm sorry if I come across as whiney, but I honestly have no one else to turn to...
