IAmA 15 Years old dude trying to tell a girl how i feel about her

I moved out of hometown when i was 12 and never really got a chance of telling her. Now that i've lived through all of these hard situations, i am willing to tell her how this feeling has grown through the years, but i am afraid she wont take me seriously because of not knowing her that much and not actually living around her
