David Foster Wallace

Hey guys , I stumbled upon David Foster Wallace's "This is Water" speech on Youtube and after that read some info about him. Now I've been looking for his book Infinite Jest , wich I have not succeeded in finding yet , but I wanted to ask you guys if its worth reading it and why ( i mean , its a thousand pages long) , and what are your thoughts on the book and the writer himself.
