Dear Reddit, I am in a bind and I feel hopeless..

My husband lost his job a month ago and is having a hard time finding a job so the time has come for me to get a job but heres the problem, I don't have an ID of any kind, I don't have my drivers license so I had a state issued ID but when we moved into our apartment it got lost between moving and having to take it out every two seconds for some bill we had to setup. Before I could get a replacement I got a traffic ticket which ended up being close to $300 something I could not pay, as we were already struggling financially, and it soon turned into a bench warrant now here's the problem, I can't get a job without having an ID and I can't get an ID without paying off my ticket (that's how my state works, I live in Texas) and I can't pay off my ticket without getting a job and then the vicious cycle starts over. So is there anyway to extend a ticket that's turned into a warrant? Or some way to pay it off without paying cash? Any suggestions will greatly help!

EDIT: I also don't have anyone I can ask for that amount of money.
