Best values in Spain

Spain is cranking out some ridiculously good wines right now and they can be had for a song if you know where to look. I want to know what undiscovered gems you know about. I'll start: Casado Morales Seleccion Privada 2005. This is a $20 Rioja Alavesa, I'm guessing 95% Tempranillo and 5% Graciano. Decanted for 1 hour this drinks like a well-cellared left bank Bordeaux. Smoke, violets, and fresh black cherries on the nose, more on the palate with purity you wouldn't believe, and a long finish punctuated by graphite. Extremely well balanced. If it had come from France it would have cost three times as much. So what else do you know about?
