Anyone else experience a total lack of desire to interact with other people?

I'm 10 years into Chronic Fatigue and have recently experienced a serious drop in energy levels. For the first time in my very social life, I have NO desire to interact with others. Friends, romance, parties, they no longer appeal to me one bit.

Has this happened to any of you? Is this a common symptom that comes along with fatigue? Any insights would be really helpful, since my social life and relationship are really suffering (well, at least the other people are suffering).
