Are my case and motherboard compatable?

Might be a stupid question but here goes. Got home from work and spent about an hour building my pc. Only thing I need to be sure of is if the case is compatable with my motherboard. I stopped because I need sleep and because I couldn't find the 1394 connector on the motherboard.
