[REQUEST] Insurance double-charged me this month, out of cash until payday

Hey guys, I recently got my first car at 22 (yay!), and switched insurance after my first provider charged me for my second month of service. Long story short, they only sent me $65 back when they withdrew 251. That $65 already went to my electric bill...Can anyone help me out? Edit 1: Also, can pay it forward (or back) Friday, once I get paid.
