Hunger games is not twilight.

I have been aggravated to oblivion by several internet commoners dubbing HG a twilight film and relating it to tweens. This series is in no way a Twilight esque book/movie. The premise itself is a very adult subject matter along with very adult content. Can I please get some back-up in this or is it really a tween film and am I just blinded by my love for the series?
