While this doesn't answer your question, you should know that there isn't much of a difference between the PRO and the EX version.

There's some minor features EX has that PRO doesn't, but the two biggest differences is the Story Editor/Multipage Manager (if you used Adobe InDesign or Affinity Publisher, you'd be familiar with the page manager window), and the unlimited frames for animation, which is personally the most egregious advantage EX has considering you are only allowed 24 frames to experiment with in PRO (they should have at least 240 frames—10 seconds on standard 24fps; even 120 frames I think is generous. 960 frames would probably be the most realistic amount they'd allow).

If you like to 3D model, you might benefit from EX's "all view" feature to view all the sides of the model, but personally, I don't think it's worth the leap unless you animate.

My point of this comment was, coming from someone who has CSP EX on desktop and PRO on mobile, you aren't missing out on much*

*Again, it depends on if you wanna animate or not.

One more thing, EX can generate Line Drawing from any 2D/3D image.

i really just wanted to try out the animation features, i like the brushes and got used to the interface, if it isnt worth it im thinking of buying toonboom or something else, but i would prefer to stay on clip studio, thank you for the info tho!

Considering the hair-graying costs of toonboom, I highly suggest sticking with Clip lol. I consider it closer to a cheaper TVPaint alternative anyway

(I like the brushes and UI too. I have a blast making my own brushes with their engine)

a bit different perspective, perhaps, but here we go:

as a starving artist I saved up to upgrade to EX while on sale and didn't regret it since. the software is in good state and the fact it's being consistently updated and adds more tools, suggests the idea that price could go up in future years or transfer to subscription model in the far future.

buying the EX version made me feel like I at least have working program with free updates secured, with the idea of it getting only better as it goes.
