Issues with initial setup

Hello I'm trying to get Konnected setup so far. I initially had 6 zones and wanted to try and break them up as it was just a bunch of areas vs actual sensors.

I've been able to get 3 sensors setup and 1 "zone". The zone appears to be grouped together in that part of the house (master bed) which has 6 windows. I've learned that if any windows / doors in this zone are open then the entire zone is triggered.

There are other wires im trying to figure out where they are. If I close every window in the house even then the zones don't all show closed.

Im also trying to setup my tablet on the 12v. I believe what is the 12v to the older Keypad but I can't get any voltage when I try to use my multimeter or if I tone the line. I'm hoping the community can help.
