New MacBook Pro looks bad when connected to my two 1440p displays

I replaced my windows PC with a new MacBook Pro 2021.

I love it but when I connected my desk setup it looks much worse than windows 10 did.

I’ve reverted to actually just doing all my work on the laptop and not using the displays at all.

I was wondering if I buy a better monitor if it would help
