This is a short story based on the prompt "write an ultra-short story that takes place in total darkness." I had only two pages to write beginning to end, which was a challenge in terms of pacing.

I hope to convey feelings of loneliness, loss, fear, and at the end hope. It is Dark Souls inspired and I hope that shines through.

Go hard on me. I feel that I am not there yet with my writing and I want to improve.
