Really frustrated right now and would like some advice

So just finished playing for like an hour and I'm really mad right now. I can't aim anything, I can't fc 3* maps, I suck at the game overall, and nothing I've been trying has been helping. I usually play 5-6* maps, but today I was trying to fc easier maps to help with consistency and aim because both are awful (along with a majority of my other skills but that's besides the point). I can't even fc a 3* and I honestly just want to quit the game entirely. I don't know what to do from here. I like this game and want to get better but after a year of playing I haven't gotten better so I'm starting to wonder what the point is.
