Black screen after ram overclock

I was overclocking my ram and when I reset n boot I have black screen and my ports no longer work, I have tried change ram use one stick. Reset cmos, nothing seems to work I’ve watched all videos and posts

I have asrock b450m hdv motherboard ? Really appreciate someone help
