Beginning investor - portfolio allocation and bonds

Hi, I'm 40, just started investing two months ago. I have 2000 EUR in Vanguard FTSE All-World, two stocks in NVIDIA. I have a good job, I'm planning to be investing every month between 500 and 2000 EUR, my appetite risk would me medium, I would like to have most of my portfolio in index, some in stocks and bonds, and some reserved for risky stuff (crypto). I would like to build my wealth as much as possible, ideally reaching my financial independence in ten years, but I will still keep working (I like my job). That said, my question is the following: what would be the ideal portfolio allocation for me? I live in Italy, when it comes to bonds, what would you recommend to me? European bonds? American bonds (am I even allowed as a European to purchase them?) What would be the ideal timeframe I should be looking at for bonds?
