Bad lag, minecraft win10

Hello, i have some bad latency/lag in minecraft bedrock when having a lot of block floating around / higher then ~30 chunk blocks... I have a ryzen 2700 overclocked at 3.9ghz , 16gb @ 3000mhz, rtx 2070s. If i destroy a full chest, i go from 80 to ~40fps.

I have tried many fix, power mode ultimate, default BIOS, updating bios, underclock, reformated, put on different disk, changed virtual memory, disabling all "good" graphic setting.

Also did a cinebench r20 test and my cpu is getting 3900 score.

I'm getting +400fps on rocket league, 100fps+ everything ultra in Halo infinite...

I am out of ideas... i need help. 😫
