Subjective question involving strength of erections
I started working out at the end of last year, went great for half a year, fell back into my depression, didn't work out, now I'm starting again. 27 male.
During my dropping off into the depressive phase, I noticed that my erections started to get sort of... whack. Like those figures with the wavy arms in the wind a bit. I used to push a strong 19cm, which turned into 16 and there just wasn't any pump, no popping veins. No matter how much blood I tried to pump down there, no going beyond a certain limit.
Now that I'm back into it, I also added cold bathing to my routine, which has been shown to significantly improve T values. Around a month after starting back out with exercise and the bathing, I'm back to my old length and strength. Now I have 3 questions.
-
Is this in line with experiences of low T? I'm thinking anemia.

My dick started to get kinda chunky when not erect. I believe someone referred to that as "dad-dick" and as an indicator of healthy T values. Is that correct?

Does anyone have experience with Cordyceps Mushroom extract?
Thanks
