I have issues installing PS 2021 v22.5

I get an error text saying the "installer file may be damaged" when I try to install PS. I will use the Adobe 7ii 6.1.7 or the 6.1.6 after.

Is this because of a firewall or the Gatekeeper? And if so how do I disable it.
