Need help setting up a faction on a dedicated housing server

Hello, I will try to be as clear as possible.

Thanks to my work, I was able to recover a real server which will be thrown away because it is considered "too old for the environment in which I am" (an Hpe proliant G6 ml350), here are the specs:

- 2x Intel Xeon E5620 @ 2.40Ghz

- 64Gb of ram (DDR3 @ 2333mhz)

- 1Gb of hardware cache

- Raid 5

- 4x 300Gb @ 25k in SAS

And a very, very good raid controller card

Since I have a public minecraft server, I therefore decided to migrate everything on this server in housing because the policies of my old host did not please me.

I am using Windows Server 2019 as the main system and then I am using a virtual machine to mount my minecraft server using MineOS.

So I started to build my entire server infrastructure with a fork of waterfall (flamecord) and purpur, in short a good base.

But when I started to set up the synchronization between the 4 servers (hub, faction, mining and nether mining), the ping flies, luckperm is timeout all the time of the database, same thing for authme and all plugins that use a MySQL database.

I had already foreseen that my connection would not be sufficient for the server and I had already started installing the new box dedicated to the server (I already have a coaxial "fiber" but which is really zero).

The future speeds of the server line will be:

~ 2ms

+2 Gbits in download

~ 700 mbits upload

All this with a dedicated and fullstack ip (the server will be on a line from the Orange operator)

On the current line, I have + 2000ms permanently (and in addition the disconnections from the database).

Do you think changing the line will solve the problem?

Thank you in advance for any help / answer / advise that will be answered!

I would like to point out that the server's TPS is always at 20, even with 2 pregens running (it's really impressive), even if I know that a pregen does not exactly reflect the performance of a server either.
