It's from a glith when you go for your usual w13 hunt and somehow the menu moves and you end up with this weird boss. It's clearly unintended as it drops gear with some experimental sets that make no sense.

I was thinking it was something like that. Normally I'd be a little upset and inclined to get on SG about a fix, but they've earned some goodwill with me...they are the ones that brought us Wyvern 13 after all.

So close. Yet so far. I had this exact issue. Solved it by putting a flat attack mod on one piece of gear!
I just increased artifact by one lvl lol
