LG C1 Reduce Blue Light Setting

Does anyone switch back and forth between having the blue light reduced and not for the screen of this tv? Ive started using it at night and then just kept it on for a while day and night. I recently turned it back off just to compare what the color is like and of course the image definitely looks more blue until my eyes adjust.

But what should be the true light setting on this tv - with the blue light reduced or not? ….should it really matter? Just curious.
