age old question - thc break

ik this question is always asked but i’m gonna be that guy and ask it again.

how long should my t break be?

i smoke pretty regularly, probably average 1.5gs a day. the last time i took a true t break was over the summer where i took 8 weeks off. i was hoping to make this one just a week long but after 48hrs my will is bending. i’m so indecisive; i wanna make it the full week, but i also just wanna say fuck it and go pick up tonight. your feedback is greatly appreciated!
