How long should it take for leave to transfer and other transfer questions

On November 1st I started with a new department and new classification. Prior to this I had been with the state for 3 years.

As of today my leave balance at my new position shoes that I have no leave and my check from 12/1 was at my old classification rate; including union dues for a union I'm no longer a part of.

I have HR notified of both and my official departure from my previous agency was finally processed like a week ago (evidently part of the hold up was my old agency never released me or something along those lines).

How long should I expect the pay correction and for my leave to show up? I mean I assume with the way SCO is the corrected check can take a while. But damn is this annoying.
