The basic challenge is a great source of exp when you unlock it. It also gives you more adventure stats.
You have to understand that your progress in the game is determined by the adventure zone you are in. If something helps you clear the next zone it's basically the way to go.
But don't start buying adv stats before sadistic.
before you start with challenges i recommend looking at achivements you can do and do them.

The challenge is like a rebirth but resets your number back to 1 as well and then you have to get back up to boss 58. It will be faster than your first run because you keep your exp purchases, adventure stats, equipment, NGUs if you've unlocked that yet.
You get exp, ap and other stuff as a reward for reaching boss 58 again. It says the full rewards under the challenge description. I did the first one basically as soon as I unlocked it but the longer you wait the easier it will be.
The man’s right. Unless he’s a spacewoman. Haha then she would be right too. It’s sometimes not so much the EXP and AP bonuses but the rewards the completion of the challenges gives. Some challenges come with debuff so that maaay make it slower but it’s a challenge. Haha.
The tip is although it is good to complete all challenges immediately, is it very very unlikely. Hence you can give a stab at it but save first. If u regret u can go back to ur previous save. Many would rather “over level” and come back when challenges can be completed in minute, or 1/2 hr or 1 hr. You’ll slowly figure out why 1/2 or 1 hr. And there are early rebirth milestone if you really wanna maximize rebirth factor affecting NUMBER.
