How the heck do you do this 'pop' with your mouth and finger?

When I try to explain it, I always suggest people keep their finger straight as they hook it out of their mouth.

Put your index finger in your mouth, sideways, up to the first knuckle. Make sure there is a seal between your lips and finger. Hook your finger towards the opening of your mouth while keeping the seal intact, and simultaneously blow to create pressure behind it. When your finger hooks out of your mouth, it will make a popping sound.
You can suck too.
After a dozen of trials, enough to get a wet willie of a lifetime, I've finally got it guys. Although it is incredibly painful to do with long fingernails.
