Might just be me but I’m convinced

Yeah most banners feel like that. Tho it feels like it's account based with some of the coding being more frequent tied to your account number for whatever reason. If certain units are in a banner and I get a featured animation that isn't whis/xeno/black rift I can almost guarantee the unit I'm going to pull based on past banners. Perfect example was the K&C banner where I got vegito step 2, said "this is for videl because I always pull her when she's featured" and the first unit in the multi was her. On the heros banner it seems to be adult Gotenks, str Mira and debura because the amount I pulled them even as the rare unfeatured for the last too was insane.
