Lost all my game progress for every EA MP game I own from pairing my account

I paired my Xbox account to Origin and all my progress across any EA game I’ve played is gone. BF4, BF1, BF5, PvZ:GW2, SW:BF 1 and 2. I must’ve spent 400 hours across these game and in the case of BF 4, l, 1, and SW:BF2, I unlocked everything and did every challenge and DLC weapon and Gadget/Ability. 🙃
